This is at the heart of any busy kitchen

These can come in two main types, with variations of prime cooking units such as Ranges, Boiling tops, Griddles, Chargrills, Salamander grills, Bratt pans, Pasta & Noodle cookers, and fryers being incorporated into the main construction.

Bespoke Island suite

This comes as a one-piece, usually single welded top construction, with the ability to provide individual use of gas cooking and electric including induction and radiant heating.

Modular Island suite

This is designed by the Chef/Client from Modular range of equipment, to create a single one-piece island to suit any size of premises.
