Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons 2 Michelin star for 22 years
Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons is the fulfilment of Chef Patron Raymond Blanc's personal vision: to create a hotel and restaurant in harmony where guests would find perfection in food, comfort and service. Set in secluded private grounds seven miles south of the historic city of Oxford in rural Cotwold countryside.

ABode Hotels When Andrew Brownsword came with his family to lunch at Michael Caines at The Royal Clarence, Exeter one day, a chance encounter with Michael led to the two men getting together. Out of such serendipitous meetings are great projects born, for this encounter led to a dynamic partnership in hospitality and the creation of Abode, a growing group of exclusive hotels with fine dining and contemporary accommodation.
Andrew Brownsword is the owner of The Bath Priory, Sydney House, Chelsea; and Gidleigh Park. In joining forces with Michael to create ABode Hotels.
Michael Caines has retained two Michelin stars at Gidleigh Park, making ten years of outstanding cuisine.
